We take customer satisfaction very seriously. To provide you with the best possible results, we have explained our cancellations and refunds policies below.

 

SERVICES

Cancel/reschedule bookings: All of our services, reservations, and bookings are final and non-refundable. We allow free rescheduling up to 2 times, no more than a total of 90 days out from the date of original booking. Our services come with a satisfaction guarantee - we will promptly address or fix any issues you have with our service - no questions asked.

Please keep in mind when we take your booking, we are turning away other potential clients for that time slot. All of our services are provided by hand.

GOODS

Any goods sold by us have a 30-day return policy for items that are in new condition with packaging intact. For any used products, please contact us to help us understand if there’s a defect in the product so that we may help coordinate with the manufacturer for warranty or refund. All warranties/guarantees are provided by the manufacturer only.
